Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation or refund policy is approved on case to case basis at the discretion of the management. As per the guidelines provided at the initial stage it is the agreement between the clients and company which has no effect with online payment services.
If the customer leaves M/s. ysdf.in, before they complete their course training, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require them M/s. Ysdf.in to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
In no event will M/s. ysdf.in be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Company shall not be any way responsible or pay any compensation for any down-time that may occur.
Refunds: E-Learning Courses
E-learning courses are completely non-refundable & non- transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training/Distance Learning
Classroom/Distance programs are only Cancel & refundable 100% (with excluded payment gateway charges & GST) if refund raised 15 days prior training/Classes the commencement. After 15 days and before 3 days prior to training/classes commencement, you will be eligible only for extend the training/Class date ahead. Once our training courses commence, we won’t be able to refund any amount.
If In case Training Institute cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate
ysdf.in, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force mature events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your details(order Id, Name, Phone No), including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
